food variety toilet facilities
the room was clean and serviced daily which met basic expectations for hygiene.
the food lacked variety it became monotonous. the all-inclusive package did not include the minibar. the lack of nearby toilet facilities near the pool was also inconvenient

friendly staff clean facilities tasty food spacious room
the hotel staff were friendly and helpful i appreciated the clean facilities especially the tidy pool area the food selection included many choices that i enjoyed the room offered ample space and was thoroughly cleaned daily this really made my time relaxing

the hotel sits directly on a beautiful bay this provides easy access to great snorkeling spots the close reefs are full of colorful fish making it perfect for water activities

the staff members were friendly i liked the cleaning service it kept the room super clean the garden view from the family beautiful queen or twin garden view was a nice sight the beach access was great
the pastry range was not good i noticed the gym equipment needed updating also there weren't enough toilets near the pool i had to walk far to find one

Excellent Stay in Makadi Bay
attentive staff clean premises good position excellent marine
The staff was attentive and quick to resolve issues. I found the premises very clean, from the rooms to the gardens. The hotel has a good position relative to the beach, a short walk. Snorkeling near the beach allowed for viewing coral and fish in close proximity (an excellent marine experience).
The gym equipment looks a bit outdated. They could use some new treadmills (but it's still functional).

The main restaurant has a diverse menu with an excellent amount of food choices, including themed nights with varied dishes. The food quality was high. Every dish was prepared well. The drinks are of high quality (I especially liked the cocktails).

The rooms have comfortable beds and are always clean. I had the Superior Queen room, and it included a well-stocked minibar (with water and soft drinks). Housekeeping provided fresh towels and toiletries daily, so I always had what I needed.

The pools are well maintained. There is even a specific pool for toddlers and babies, very practical. The beach is clean and quiet. It provides a relaxing oasis. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to the Madinat Makadi Aqua Park.

The staff are friendly. Someone always looked after our wishes. The front office manager provided excellent support for all our needs. The service was prompt and attentive (the waiters were always available).

The hotel is nicely located (a short walk to the beach). The outdoor area is great for an evening walk. The hotel is close to the Madinat Makadi Aqua Park. It takes only a few minutes to get there by shuttle.

Excellent Hotel Experience!
sandy beach helpful staff
The hotel is located right next to the beach. This is way better than bigger hotels in the area. I appreciated that the staff supplied a manual wheelchair for beach use for my family member. The food was generally satisfactory, and I found the location ideal.
I did notice the pastry range was not good. Room decor did not seem luxurious for the amount paid. I think there should be more entertainment.

The staff members were amiable and helpful at all times. They were attentive to our needs. They provided service with a great smile. The hotel manager was especially helpful.
